iOS 12+ with Safari
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Search for or scroll to Safari. Then tap that item.
3. Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section.
4. Ensure Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is OFF.
5. Ensure Block All Cookies is OFF..

Chrome (version 30 or higher supported)
1. Under Settings, scroll down to the Privacy and Security section.
2. Click on Content Settings.
3. Click on Cookies.
4. Ensure that "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)" is ON.
5. Ensure that "Block third-party cookies" is OFF.
Edge
1. Under Settings, click on the View Advanced Settings button.
2. Scroll down to the Cookies section.
3. Ensure "Do not block cookies" is selected in the list of Cookies options.
Firefox (version 27 or higher supported)
1. Under Options, go to the Privacy & Security section.
2. Under Cookies and Site Data, ensure that "Accept cookies and site data from website (recommended)" is selected.
3. Also, ensure that the "Accept third-party cookies and site data" option is set to "Always".
Internet Explorer (version 11 or higher supported)
1. Under Internet Options, click the Privacy tab.
2. Click the Advanced button.
3. Under Third-party Cookies, ensure Accept is chosen.
4. Also be sure to check the box next to "Always allow session cookies".
Safari (Desktop version 7 or higher supported)
1. Under the Safari menu, select Preferences.
2. In the Preferences dialog box, click on the Privacy icon.
3. Ensure Prevent Cross-Site Tracking is UNCHECKED.
4. Ensure Block All Cookies is UNCHECKED.
